Outside the USA: December 1st
Made-to-Order Apparel: December 5th
In Stock Apparel: December 15th
Guitars & Instruments: December 7th
Everything Else: December 16th
Your purchase will be shipped within 3 weeks of placing your order, unless otherwise stated for made-to-order products. Please keep in mind that some products like art prints and posters are made to order and fulfillment time will be listed in their product details. Chuckles and Bleu is a small brand owned and operated by one person. 🤘🏽
Your shipping will be calculated at checkout based on current rates with our shipping carriers.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Chuckles and Bleu is a U.S. based company. Any cross-border taxes, duties, or international import fees will be charged directly to you after shipment via the shipping carrier. Please use your tracking number to pay any applicable customs duties, fees or taxes when the shipment arrives at the border to ensure a timely arrival.
If your purchase is for an event or photoshoot and you have a special request regarding the time-frame, please send an email for out of stock items or expedited shipping.
Shipping charges are only refunded if we made a mistake in your order. Please refer to our refund and return policy for more info.
Chuckles and Bleu is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. As a small business, I cannot replace lost or stolen packages after shipping but I’m always happy to file a claim on our behalf or assist with tracking.
We cannot accept responsibility for packages that appear, through tracking, to have been delivered but are presumably stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps.
A tracking number will always be emailed to you when your order has shipped. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive a confirmation, or send an email for support.
If your package has been lost or stolen, please feel free to file a claim with the shipping company listed on your order confirmation email if I have not already filed a claim on your behalf.
